Description
We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. If you are passionate about all things HR and have outstanding people skills, then our esteemed client wants to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Assist in employee development and employee relations.
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Demonstrable experience as an HR assistant or in a similar role.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and human resource management systems.
In-depth understanding of labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
