A well known Robert Half client is in immediate need of a results-oriented Office Manager for a 60-90 day contract assignment. This San Marcos-based role has an opportunity to be a permanent position based on performance in the contract role.
You will play a vital role in helping our client’s administrative department achieve their goals.

Leading overall office administration
Handling copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems
Evaluating and improving office production
Assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedures for improved work flow
Assisting the Operations Manager and Director in monitoring the budget for office related items and staff
