Qualifications

• This role requires someone who is detail oriented, a great multitasker and an excellent communicator

• You’re passionate about customer service

• Light bookkeeping

• This role is detailed oriented and requires basic math skills, working knowledge of excel and an understanding of fundamental accounting principles

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

• Strategically prioritizes multiple tasks in a pro-active manner

Responsibilities

• The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily office operations, financial transactions across the Real Estate portfolio, and more

• From answering phones, to supporting an emergency service request or welcoming a new tenant, you communicate quickly, clearly, and professionally making everyone around you feel ridiculously cared for

• As the Real Estate Office Manager, you will oversee office invoices, reviewing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and reviewing contracts, and various reporting

• You will also oversee accurate rent billing, reviewing operating expenses, maintaining insurance policies, and monitoring budgets for accuracy and variance

• You’re also passionate about the office environment

• Not only are you responsible for the overall operations, coordination, and organization of the Real Estate Office, but you will also be in charge of updating the department's policies and procedures as well as creating a fun office team environment

• Whether it is ordering supplies or planning a team event, the team can count on you to tackle these administrative tasks to support the Real Estate office owner and team.

Software:

• AppFolio preferred (Open to other property accounting software)

• Real Estate experience
