Description Robert Half is currently working with a client hiring a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst role will involve preparing financial reports that summarize trends for managers. Your responsibilities in this role
Supply key decision-making data for market assessments, forecasting and further investigation
Rely on analytical, organizational, and investigative skills in order to take on data mining projects
Identify relevant insights and compile analytical reports
Analyze corporate reports in order to create financial reports
Extract, manipulate and organize data in response to management requests Requirements - Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role
Experience with various data models
BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics
Must have advanced knowledge of reporting and spreadsheet applications, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and queries
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as great attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive proficiency with data management and manipulation
