Responsibilities:
Manage tax and compliance deliverables for the Family Office .
Notify the leadership of technical tax issues and provide details for resolution.
Ensure compliance through timely filings, extensions, and thorough tax return reviews.
Research technical tax issues to assist the client service team.
Become the primary contact for existing client assignments.
Support revenue management with billing preparation and work in progress reviews.
Communicate the impact of technical tax matters to the team and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
CPA preferred.
5-8 years of experience in fiduciary tax issues, compliance, or consultations.
Familiarity with entity taxation and investing for high-net-worth clients.
Strong client service focus and technical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience mentoring and developing team members.
