Summary:
• Lead a dedicated team of three professionals
• Ensure meticulous scrutiny of invoices for accuracy in documentation and approvals
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire invoice processing lifecycle
• Investigate and swiftly resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices
• Furnish comprehensive documentation to facilitate audits
• Collaborate on month-end closing procedures
• Oversee the filing of annual 1099 documents
• Maintain and optimize the functionality of our electronic invoice system
• Partner with leadership and establish departmental objectives and track key performance indicators
• Foster the professional growth and development of team members
• Create and document user training materials and instructional videos for the electronic invoice system
• Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated
Requirements
Requirements:
• Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience in overseeing accounts payable operations
• Previous involvement in process improvement initiatives preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with self-motivation and initiative; known for being an outstanding team player
• Ability to maintain focus while remaining adaptable; exercises excellent judgment in all situations
• Comfortable and adept at managing sensitive and confidential information across various departments
• Proficiency in computer software, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Power Point
