Our client is a nationally known but very localized independent registered investment advisory firm with about $12B in AUM. Approximately 150 employees serve clients across 8 states and the Bay Area offices make up about 15% of the firm. With a strong commitment to a fiduciary business model, the firm believes in connecting all parts of a clients’ financial life and delivering thoughtful, collaborative strategies that focus on what’s most important to each client. As an Associate Advisory on this team, you will support the business and its clients as a wealth manager, investment advisor, consultant, and constant partner in helping clients achieve their aspirations.
As an Advisor Associate, you'll work directly with Senior Advisors to assist with the wealth management and financial planning needs of clients. This position is responsible for providing support to Advisors including:
data gathering
case design
scenario building
financial plan development
financial plan application
portfolio implementation
Requirements
• 1-4+ years of relevant experience in wealth management
• Series 65 license (of ability to obtain it within 3-4 months of onboarding.
• Bachelors’ degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred
• Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative.
