We have a well-respected client that is urgently hiring for an HR Business Partner to join their team. In this position, the HRBP will oversee a variety of tasks and assignments related to the daily support of operations for a specific retail operation. Main responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Leverage HR software; ADP to simplify processes and continually make process improvements and efficiencies
Design employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
Team up with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
Craft onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Examine employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
Administer appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievances
Craft employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Draft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
Produce a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
Organize physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
-Coordinates safety initiatives and processes with Corporate Safety Manager
-Independently provides strategic support to the on-site management team as needed
-Helps managers set goals for open position enforces HR policies develops strategic plans for recruitment & retention signs off on hiring candidates for a role-identifies coaching needs for all levels of the team manages day-to-day HR admin tasks partners with sr. managers to set diversity hiring goals to develop hiring plans provide guidance on workforce planning and restructuring and handle disciplinary issues based on HR policies managed training programs and evaluations support training and growth opportunities for the team develops strategies for compliance ensure regulatory compliance-drives HR initiatives
Requirements - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional time management skills preferred
Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Highly organized and self-motivated
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
1+ years of human resources experience
Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must
Proactive in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
