Our client is a family friendly independent registered investment advisory firm based in Marin County and San Francisco, with a commitment to a fiduciary business model. They serve clients across multiple states with a focus on comprehensive financial strategies tailored to individual needs. The collective team includes over 300 employees operating from multiple offices.
As the Senior Advisor Associate, you will provide support for Lead and Service Advisors, including financial modeling, analysis, and research, as well as client meeting assistance and data management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in client meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
Gather and input data into clients' financial plans.
Prepare recommendations, analyses, and reports for clients.
Conduct research on financial topics.
Collaborate with the Advisory Team to develop strategies and improve processes.
Contribute to presentation development and content creation.
Engage in continuing education and mentorship.
Requirements
2-4+ years of relevant experience in wealth management.
CFP certification or demonstrated progress towards obtaining it.
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, preferably in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law.
Demonstrated personal integrity and professional initiative.
Proficiency in in-house office systems such as Salesforce and Box.
Experience with financial planning tools like Money Tree, NaviPlan, or eMoney.
