Job Summary

As a Senior Compensation Analyst your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct appropriate analysis to assess plan competitiveness and ensure effectiveness and expected incentive pay distributions. Includes analysis, design, modeling, calculation of plan payments, trend analysis.

  • Uses analytical techniques and modeling to make recommendations for the development or modification of existing compensation programs, policies, and practices.

  • Analyzes compensation survey results to facilitate annual review of salary grades/structures and evaluate company's market competitiveness in base salary and total cash.

  • Studies geographic labor markets to articulate compensation trends.

  • Conducts internal and external equity reviews to determine fair pay.

  • Provides clear and concise analysis of employee salary range placement and distribution of salary increases compared to performance levels, tenure and other employee related metrics.

  • Consults with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to ensure internal equity and consistency in the compensation programs.

  • Proactively identifies and recommends actions to address issues that may arise with current or future employee pay practices.

  • Acts as a strategic compensation partner to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to train and communicate compensation philosophy, practices, processes, and expectations.

  • Develops and documents procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, improve compensation processes and to increase department’s efficiencies.

  • Completes data quality reviews on regular and ad-hoc reporting outputs prior to distribution beyond the Corporate Compensation team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • 8+ years of compensation/financial experience.

  • CCP preferred but not required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products with a very strong proficiency in MS Excel, including charts, graphs, pivot tables and other advanced capabilities.

  • Experience pricing jobs in international locations strongly preferred.

  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential. Ability to work independently.

  • Must be flexible to work within fast-pace environment with tight deadlines.

  • Must be able to work with highly confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Prefer Workday or other HRIS software experience.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Requires a strong degree of analytical ability.

  • Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Must be able to multi-task.

  • Must be able to work in a fast moving environment with short deadlines and sudden changes.

  • Ability to perform multiple functions and tasks on the computer for long hours.

  • Strong ability to work and communicate with globally diverse teams of all levels.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

$92,000.00 - $139,000.00
