Robert Half Inclusion Project Manager (Contract Talent) in San Ramon, California

As Inclusion Project Manager , your specific responsibilities include:

  • Partner with multiple members of the Enterprise team to ensure internal communities ie., employee network group processes and plans align to global standards, promote consistency, and drive awareness and impact for the enterprise.

  • Project manage major strategic priorities to include strategic initiatives, and inclusion related campaigns and overall Enterprise budgets.

  • Effectively facilitate and drive purposeful and timely project team meetings throughout the project life cycle; assign tasks and provide guidance.

  • Direct team members, and other project resources, toward the established direction or strategy through influence, communication, and listening.

  • Partner with business, technical & resource leaders to confirm resources for project.

  • Monitor, track and manage project execution against established deliverables, documented plans (e.g., communications, training, testing, resource plans), and objectives.

  • Manage the project scope to ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully.

  • Provide overall status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts, including key metrics (e.g., percentage complete, budget spend against plan, timeline actuals against forecast) throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in HR or Business Administration

  • 5+ years Project/Program Management Experience (required)

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook - Smartsheet preferred) with excellent communication skills.

  • Impact Analysis (consistently able to assess impact for, with minimal supervision, each project aspect and determine if project can expand or not to address new idea)

  • Experience managing large scale projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Project Planning, implementation, and management fundamentals

  • Change Management

  • Documentation (consistently clear, accurate)

  • Organization/Prioritization (consistently utilized and effective over own work)

  • Demonstrated effective (intermediate level) use of project management software tools.

  • Project management, and/or system administration training or certification preferred.

  • Proven experience leading completion of project deliverables across cross-functional teams, successfully meeting deadlines.

  • Problem analysis and solving skills (demonstrated experience in using these skills in a project management role)

  • Matrix management skills

  • General ability to maintain forward progress despite conflicting priorities and competition for resources.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$37.50 - $55.29
