Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will independently manage our office's HR functions, with support from other HR departments as necessary. You will be the primary point of contact for HR-related tasks and queries, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR duties for our site, serving a team of approximately 100 employees
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues efficiently and professionally
• Must be able to work indepently
• Regularly communicate and enforce HR policies to maintain a harmonious working environment
• Stay updated with labor regulations and employment law changes, adjusting policies as necessary to ensure legal compliance
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management
• Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations to protect employees' rights
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus!
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in HR
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Familiar with all facets of HR
