Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Director of Media in Santa Ana, California. The role involves managing all aspects of the video production process. This includes promotional videos, special projects, and social media content. The successful candidate will also manage production for various events and supervise the production team, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the video production process, including concept development, script writing, talent management, production, editing, and final delivery.

• Manage and provide leadership for in-house and online productions for various events.

• Supervise the production team, including sound engineers, camera operators, lighting technicians, and editors.

• Collaborate with the administrative office and support in-house ministries by producing creative video and photography content.

• Maintain media equipment and ensure staff training on its use.

• Research new equipment, software, and trends to strategically grow and expand the media ministry.

• Analyze and report on the organization's online video presence across various platforms.

• Coordinate distribution of service videos to various locations and online platforms.

• Manage and maintain accurate time-keeping records for staff.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role in the media industry

• Proficient in handling digital cameras and other filming equipment

• Familiarity with lighting systems and techniques for filming

• Proficient in audio editing and graphic design

• Experience in live streaming and managing live events

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

• Strong knowledge of design principles to enhance brand awareness

• Proficiency in using digital platforms for content distribution

• Proven ability in managing multiple projects concurrently

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail

• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography or related field would be a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
