In this exciting role, you'll you'll wear many hats, from managing inventory and coordinating shipping to providing support across various tasks.
Here's how you'll make a difference:
Sample Champion:
Organize and maintain a thriving sample inventory system.
Prepare and distribute product samples to potential clients, partners, and events
Track sample usage and feedback, ensuring we constantly improve our offerings.
Customer Service Hero:
Coordinate efficient shipping and receiving of products and materials.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and partners.
Inventory Ace:
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain meticulous records.
Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports to management, keeping everyone informed.
Team Player:
Assist with general office tasks like filing, data entry, and communication.
Manage office supplies and equipment, keeping things running smoothly.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements for continual growth.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to build positive relationships.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically.
Proficiency in Google Suite and inventory management software.
Experience in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
The ability to lift and move products and materials.
A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
A valid California driver's license and access to a car for occasional sample retrieval (mileage reimbursed).
