Program Development & Management:
Design and implement impactful programs across various areas
Work closely with program directors to ensure day-to-day operations align with best practices and compliance.
Collaborate with staff to develop and maintain high-quality services.
Staff Leadership & Development:
Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff.
Foster a supportive environment and provide professional development opportunities.
Community Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and government agencies.
Advocate for resources to address gaps in services.
Program Evaluation & Reporting:
Develop and implement strategies to assess program effectiveness.
Analyze data, track performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Grant & Contract Management:
Work with program directors to manage grant budgets effectively.
Oversee accurate reporting to funders.
Client Advocacy:
Champion client rights and ensure high-quality, culturally competent services.
Advocate for client needs in the community.
Executive Support:
Partner with the Executive Director on addressing organizational programmatic needs.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Demonstrated skills in customer service
• Proven experience in staff management
• Ability to maintain and manage office operations efficiently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
