ROBERT HALF LEGAL has partnered with a boutique Santa Barbara firm in their search for a Litigation Attorney. The firm boasts a dynamic practice handling a range of matters including complex litigation, bankruptcy, civil rights, employment, intellectual property, significant personal injury, product liability, civil rights, consumer fraud, and unfair business practices.
This a fully remote, long-term, full-time contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs
• Conduct legal research
• Propound/respond to discovery
Requirements
Requirements:
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have a valid, current, and in good standing license to practice law in the State of California.
• 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
