Description
Established Trust Estate and Probate firm has partnered with RHL and are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Trust and Estate Attorney . This position requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in complex trust and estate administration, covering all aspects from A to Z. While not mandatory, probate experience would be a valuable asset.
Duties/Responsibilities of Trust and Estate Attorney:
Provide expert legal counsel and representation in complex trust and estate matters.
Manage and oversee the administration of trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
Handle all aspects of trust and estate administration, including asset valuation, distribution, and dispute resolution.
Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in trust and estate matters.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Requirements
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
5-10 years of experience practicing trust and estate law.
Demonstrated expertise in complex trust and estate administration.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles.
Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
Probate experience preferred, but not mandatory.
