Robert Half Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager in Santa Clara, California

Description Lead and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance standards.

Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including the processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment disbursements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, investigate and resolve vendor inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Utilize Oracle Fusion to optimize the accounts payable workflow, streamline processes, and implement automation where possible.

Participate in the month-end close process, including reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.

Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.

Generate reports and provide analysis related to accounts payable metrics and key performance indicators.

Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in accounting standards, and implement improvements accordingly.

Assist in audits and support internal and external audit requirements. Requirements Oracle Fusion, Process Improvement
