Description We are in search of a diligent Bookkeeper to join our team in SANTA CLARA, California. In this role, your main duty will be to ensure the smooth running of our financial records and transactions. You will be required to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This engaging opportunity is in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage and maintain QuickBooks
• Regularly perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliation activities
• Efficiently handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Administer payroll process and calculations efficiently
• Support inside sales personnel with relevant data and information
• Manage and maintain Corporate PowerPoint presentations
• Prepare comprehensive business reviews and presentations using PowerPoint
• Conduct compliance tests on 401K contributions and submit accordingly
• Oversee the payment of monthly bills and ensure all transactions are recorded
• Implement and manage web-based supplier management systems
• Support the CEO and President by managing daily operations and activities within the office
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for various tasks and reports. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles
• Skills in Data Entry and extraction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Proven skills in Payroll processing
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software
• Ability to support Sales through administrative tasks
• Experience in Office Administration
• Ability to create and manage PowerPoint presentations
