We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team located in San Jose, California. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry of Enterprise Resource Planning. Your main responsibilities will include managing inventory, performing quality checks, updating records, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management by stocking and cataloging products

• Conduct quality checks on stored inventory ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Update and maintain inventory records, sharing updates with management as required

• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory counts to maintain accuracy

• Handle administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations

• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and organization

• Maintain records and filing systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information

• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a timely and professional manner

• Spend time in the stockroom/warehouse, ensuring proper organization and management of inventory

• Use ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, and About Time for various tasks and responsibilities

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies

• Experience with Epic Software

• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Ability to use About Time software

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Auditing skills

• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs

• Experience in performing clerical duties
