Job Title: Tax Administrator
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Administrator for our growing organization. The ideal candidate should be accustomed to tackling complex tasks, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage the preparation of company tax returns and reports to ensure compliance with state and federal regulation.
Collaborate with the tax department to gather and maintain all tax records.
Assist in tax-related transactions and provide strategic tax planning.
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
Perform estimations, analysis, planning, and research surrounding tax returns.
Communicate effectively with tax authorities and external auditors.
Track tax balances and create reports for the management team.
Assist with local, state, and federal audits as necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or additional relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a tax administrator, tax accountant or similar role.
Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
Excellent time management and organizational ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Superior attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Comprehensive understanding of tax laws, compliance, and processes.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
