Robert Half Attorney/Lawyer in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team. This role is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico and offers the potential for remote work with occasional office visits. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be expected to manage and litigate cases, conduct legal research, and demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and litigate civil defense cases efficiently.
• Utilize case management software to maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare comprehensive briefing documents.
• Handle insurance defense litigation processes.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication to effectively convey legal advice and court proceedings.
• Use document management systems to organize and retrieve legal documents efficiently.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving excellence.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for legal proceedings.
• Monitor legal developments within New Mexico.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on matters pertaining to the law. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.
• Proficiency in Case Management Software.
• Demonstrated experience in Document Management.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive Briefing sessions.
• Experience in Civil Litigation.
• Knowledge of Insurance Defense Litigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Ability to strategize and develop effective legal strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
