Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in santa maria, California


A prominent government organization is in need of a Customer Service Specialist for their Santa Barbara office. In this role, you will communicate with customers through multiple channels including email, phone, and our online forum; and will serve as the point person for our customers and service network. You’re a great match if you possess exceptional phone skills and are driven to help customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Timely respond to customer inquiries electronically or by phone

  • Monitor and track customer appointments to completion

  • Proactively reach out to customers to bolster high levels of satisfaction and engagement

  • Communicate and coordinate with service providers

  • Help develop the best customer service products and experience


Requirements for the role:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Previous client service experience is a plus!

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
