Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Santa Monica, California


One of our clients, an entertainment nonprofit in Santa Monica, is seeking an administrative assistant to support the SVP of Communications. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include booking both domestic and international travel arrangements, processing expense reports, heavy calendar management and other traditional administrative tasks. You will also help maintain media databases. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative experience and a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in film, TV or advertising and/or a bachelor’s degree in film, production management, entertainment, communication or related field. Hours are 9:30AM-5:30PM and pay is $20/hr.

Requirements - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

    • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

    • Internet research skills

    • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
