Business Systems Administrator
Supporting Airtable, Zapier, Make and other workflow and online automation tools
Santa Monica, CA (hybrid 2x onsite per week)
$80K - $100K + benefits

We are on the hunt for a skilled Business Systems Administrator to join our team located in Santa Monica, California. The role involves providing solutions within applications like Airtable, Zapier, and Make, and developing workarounds for any obstacles encountered. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, helping us utilize all the capabilities of our applications.
Responsibilities:
• Identify operational challenges and develop potential solutions.
• Architect and implement cross-functional workflows and automations using scripting tools such as JavaScript and Python.
• Provide support and customization to our Business Technologies, including workflow and automation tools.
• Document and update processes and procedures using tools such as Confluence, LucidChart, and Atlassian Jira.
• Work collaboratively with the team to optimize the use of our applications.
• Handle a wide range of operational duties and related tasks, working both independently and as a team player.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to business system analysis.
Requirements
• Proficiency in supporting business technologies including Zapier, Airtable, Make and other workflow and online automation tools
• Basic knowledge of Python programming language a plus
• Understanding of business systems and how to analyze them
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
