Description
We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Downtown LA. The role revolves around managing customer interactions at live events in a highly interactive environment. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a smooth check-in process for event attendees using a provided iPhone and user-friendly application
• Engage with attendees in a friendly and outgoing manner, providing excellent customer service
• Maintain a detail oriented presentation, adhering to the provided dress code, which includes black slacks, a black button-down shirt, and black or white shoes
• Manage potential customer inquiries and provide accurate responses
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer information
• Monitor attendee accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain a high level of interaction with attendees at live events
• Utilize basic office skills to manage customer-related tasks efficiently
• Adhere to the training schedule for event day.
Requirements • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience in customer service roles
• Proficient in the use of basic office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High level of patience and emotional intelligence to deal with customer complaints and issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
