Robert Half International Customer Service Supervisor in Santa Monica, California

Description

A start-up in Santa Monica is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience. As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee the customer service team that handles calls and emails. You will recruit, train and mentor new reps and insure the team is following proper procedures for products. In addition, you will oversee e-commerce website issues and oversee sales on multiple platforms including eBay. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience at an e-commerce company. Pay is up to $30/hr. This is an onsite position in Santa Monica, hours are 8-4PM.
