A long term temporary-to-fulltime employment opportunity, the Front Desk Coordinator role is based in the Santa Monica, California region. What you get to do every single day: - Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants - Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers - Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures - Verify HMO, PPO, and some government insurances - Supporting an office with multiple staff members with their daily clerical workload (data entry, auditing reports, pulling files, email/phone correspondence) This position is 40 hours a week from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
