Mike Cox of Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently working with a Production company in Santa Monica with their recruitment of a Head of Finance & Accounting. Due to continued growth and an expanding revenues, they are looking to bring in a Head of Finance & Accounting. Reporting to the current Founders/Partners you will be instrumental in handling all Accounting related duties in a fast paced Production company. You will take a very hands on attitude to the role and work closely with the other business units, their external CPA and board of directors.
Ideally this role is for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years accounting experience, and at least 5 years heading up an Accounting Department in a Production/Media company.
You will have an a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance (relatable) and a strong proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel. Looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a desire to succeed in an Accounting Department within the Entertainment industry!
