Description
A growing plaintiff litigation firm is seeking an Attorney to join their team! The ideal Attorney candidate will have at least 5 years of California civil litigation experience, with some experience in personal injury (plaintiff or defense).
This position is 100% onsite in Santa Monica, CA.
This Attorney will handle primarily personal injury cases and a few employment and landlord-tenant matters. This Attorney will run their own caseload of about 30 cases (to start) and have their own assigned paralegal. The Attorney will handle the following:
Discovery
Motions
Court Appearances
Taking and defending depositions
Trial Prep

CA State Bar
5+ years of CA civil litigation experience, with some experience in personal injury (plaintiff or defense).
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
