Robert Half International Office Assistant in Santa Rosa, California


A small healthcare retailer is ready to hire a Front Desk Coordinator to manage the lobby area. If you have prior experience in the medical field and you are currently looking for work, this may be for you!

  • Verifying and authorization patient plans and insurances

  • Greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.

  • Ensure completion of paperwork, and sign-ins.

  • The successful Front Desk Coordinator will also handle special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants.


  • Experience working with insurance coverages is required


Two years experience working in a medical setting required

  • Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

  • An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

  • Complete tasks independently

  • Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued

  • Microsoft Office experience desired
