Robert Half Direct is partnering with an environmental services firm seeking an executive recruiter to attract and recruit executive talent to a growing and evolving company. This is an integral role that will manage the full life cycle of recruiting from research and talent mapping and strategy.


  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting, include developing search strategies, sourcing, interviewing and evaluate candidates

  • Provide recommendations on qualified candidates to hiring managers and develop offers in partnership with HR

  • Assess candidates to ensure qualifications match, cultural fit, and compatibility

  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

  • Leverage data, analytics, and research to inform recruiting strategies and influence and hiring decisions

  • Conduct research and build the talent networks to develop a map of targeted talent, companies, and geographies

  • Educate leadership and hiring managers on executive recruiting best practices and labor market dynamics

  • Create robust search strategies to identify and attract top talent to drive future business growth and outcomes

  • Drive customer experience, building the recruiting brand, and demonstrate our value proposition


  • 7+ years of experience recruiting executive leadership talent in a competitive market

  • 5+ years of search firm or internal corporate executive recruiting experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Building relationships, establishing credibility, and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to think strategically and focus on flawless operational and tactical execution

  • A natural collaborator who is driven to win collectively as a team

  • Easily builds rapport, trust, and influence with candidates and leadership

  • Strong negotiation skills and executive compensation expertise

  • Expertise in executive recruiting best practices at every phase of the recruiting lifecycle

  • Position may require travel up to 50% of the time

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
