Description This Paralegal position is for candidates who possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support. Key responsibilities
Data base management of all relevant documents
Provide support to attorney through all phases
Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Research and analyze intricate legal documents Requirements - Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets
Strong problem-solving skills
Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
5+ years of relevant experience
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Deep understanding of Probate Law
Command of Probate & Estate Administration
Probate experience
