Robert Half Associate Operations Coordinator in Sartell, Minnesota

Description We are offering a role as an Office Assistant located in Sartell, Minnesota. Our team is looking for individuals skilled in customer service, communication, office functions, and operations. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring efficient office operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks focusing on quality and efficiency in accordance with office and company policies and standard operating procedures

• Provide shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, and build loads

• Assign loads, schedule appointments, and track and trace shipments

• Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests

• Document events utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and experience

• Follow defined escalation procedures and training when necessary

• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to our standards

• Address customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction, escalating questions or requests when necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs to maintain records and complete tasks

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity

• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, contributing to creativity, innovation, and business growth.

This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in customer service and communication

• Proficient in executing office functions and operations

• Familiarity with standard office procedures

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage invoicing tasks

• Knowledge of quality control and shipping functions

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Ability to execute tasks as per the standard operating procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Adherence to company policies and procedures

• Experience in a call center environment is preferable

• Demonstrable creativity and innovation in solving problems and improving procedures

• Ability to contribute to business growth strategies

• Knowledge of discrimination laws and affirmative action plans

• Experience with EO/IR systems is preferable

• Ability to load data into systems efficiently

• Proven skills in training staff on office procedures and operations.
