Robert Half Financial Analyst in Sausalito, California

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Payments - Corporate industry, based in Sausalito, California. As a Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with conducting in-depth financial analyses, driving business performance, and fostering new business initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance of various initiatives within the organization, providing insightful presentations and materials to facilitate decision-making.

• Collaborate with business leaders to optimize performance and implement policies that maintain and improve our competitive position in the market.

• Be the finance subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, focusing on new and existing business opportunities.

• Foster new business initiatives, streamline existing processes, and create scalable solutions to drive standardization.

• Develop strong partnerships across departments, contributing to collaborative problem-solving and strategic planning.

• Provide support to the evolution of budgeting and planning processes, assisting with cross-functional projects to improve integration.

• Utilize various accounting software systems, CRM, and data mining techniques to maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications.

• Conduct auditing and capital management activities, leveraging your knowledge of accrual accounting and budget processes.

• Utilize Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in the role. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with CRM systems

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports

• Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficient in Accrual Accounting

• Experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Knowledge of Capital Management

• Proficiency in NetSuite

• Ability to use Excel Formulas

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Knowledge of the Payments - Corporate industry.
