Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Chemicals Manufacturing field. We're looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization for this Help Desk Analyst position. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Savannah, Georgia area and is a long-term contract / contract opportunity.
Your responsibilities
Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Comprehension of basic networking concepts
Service Desk Tickets experience
Adeptness in Ticketing System
Expertise in Windows 11
Strong familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting
Microsoft Windows 10 experience desired
Hardware Troubleshooting experience preferred
IT support ticketing system experience desired
