Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Support Analyst based in Savannah, Georgia. This role is pivotal in providing advanced technical support and solutions to our clients. The IT Support Analyst will be tasked with handling escalated issues from first-level support, performing exhaustive troubleshooting, and ensuring the timely resolution of technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve escalated technical issues efficiently.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues.

• Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.

• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.

• Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.

• Assist with the deployment and management of backup cloud services and solutions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, configurations, and support activities.

• Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware is necessary.

• Must have experience with Active Directory.

• Familiarity with Windows OS is required.

• Knowledge of O 365 is essential.

• Experience with Azure Active Directory is a must.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge in IT trends.

• Must have relevant IT certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Must be available to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
