Major responsibilities

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Strong computer skills including customer database systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • General familiarity with data entry

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

  • Practical knowledge of customer service

  • Patient Services experience preferred

  • Proven knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records)

  • Well-founded grasp of electronic medical records

  • Wide ranging experience with Coordinating Schedules

  • Quality experience with Daily Schedule

  • Customer Satisfaction experience

  • Deep understanding of Patient Scheduling

  • Electronic Medical Record experience

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
