A Robert Half client, a fast growing, technology solutions provider is looking for Talent Acquisition Manager. The organization was founded 25+ years ago, is headquartered in Illinois with UK office in London and global delivery centers in India. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own and drive the talent acquisition strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work consultatively with hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find candidates for their business organizations. They are passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into their culture. They are seeking a dynamic talent acquisition leader who brings a balance of creativity, focus, urgency and determination to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the TA strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition

  • Successfully manage, prioritize and close leadership and Executive level searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand

  • The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative, very fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and deliver exceptional talent to the business.

  • Responsible for the company’s Social Media and Branding recruitment strategy.

  • They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, are highly organized, effective communicators, possess the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.

  • Understanding of how to recruit passive candidates at all levels.

    Requirements

  • 10+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools.

  • Experience in building a talent pipeline

  • Talent acquisition program management design experience including but not limited to employee referral programs, campus recruitment, accelerated talent hiring programs, etc.

  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and executive level relationships.
