Robert Half is partnering with a Cape Girardeau MO automobile dealership who is hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their growing team. Duties for this role include:
-Monitoring and entering American Express transactions
-Handling documents for Pay Off and Floor Plans
-Tracking inventory
-Flooring vehicles
-Handling Warranty paperwork
-Performing Accounts Payable
-Making Bank Deposits
-Preparing Financial Statements
Our client is seeking an individual with 2+ years as a Bookkeeper or Office Manager and Automobile dealership experience is preferred.
