Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Scottsdale, Arizona
Description
We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to work with our client in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role is centered around the management of AP vendors and requires experience with Sage Intacct (or similar software). This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, with a focus on maintaining and updating vendor files, engaging with existing vendors for updated information, and converting vendors to ACH.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and maintain customer credit applications and records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Manage AP vendor files, including reviewing and inactivating vendors as necessary
• Update missing fields in Intacct, such as preferred payment information, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses
• Communicate with existing vendors to obtain updated information
• Work to convert vendors to ACH by obtaining banking information
• Leverage skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Vendor Management, and Intacct for efficient execution of tasks.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Data Entry is required to ensure accurate financial records.
• Ability to Manage Vendor Relationships effectively to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
• Experience in Vendor Management is necessary to maintain good partnerships and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Knowledge of Intacct software is required for efficient handling of financial records.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct is needed for seamless integration and management of financial operations.
