Description
Robert Half has partnered with an exciting legal/technology services company. They are looking for a Customer Support Specialist/Coordinator who will be working with lawyers to provide excellent customer service.
The role will offer support - email, phone lines, support in chat, etc.
Work Schedule
Hours: 7-3:30 MST
Hybrid Role - TWR in office + In the office the first several weeks for training
Ideal candidate: someone reliable, punctual, and comfortable with their commuting distance if not in close proximity to the office
2-3 + Customer service experience - written and phone - B2B would be ideal
Tech savvy - experience using CRM software, digital phone lines, etc.
