Robert Half International Home Ops Coordinator Support II in Scottsdale, Arizona


Home Ops Coordinator - LEVEL 3

You will be supporting our Home Operations Coordinator team by completing specific tasks relating to our homes. You will analyze relevant home information by leveraging tools built by out internal engineering teams, review and analyze customer inputs like photos, videos, questionnaires, as well as governmental and real estate records and you will apply internal policies and personal judgment to arrive at repair decisions. Partner and collaborate with internal teams and local management to resolve edge-case scenarios and improve overall processes. Monitoring and following up with both vendors and HOA communities on violations.

This contract positions is for 32 hours per week with an ability to work up to 40 depending on business needs. Shifts range from 6am - 3pm, 7am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm.

A great candidate for this role is someone who is comfortable with a mac based system, multiple software platforms (slack, salesforce, Gsuite, jira), can manage multiple streams of tasks and can learn new information rapidly.

Daily Workflow --

  • Interior Assessments - Review the queue within our internal assessment. Claim the minimum (14) number of tasks at the beginning of each shift. If the minimum number is met prior to the end of shift review the queue once more to claim more tasks to complete.
