Robert Half HR Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona

Description We are in search of an HR Coordinator in the education industry, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Business Partners, managing HR reports, and handling employee relations. This role is key to maintaining and updating HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Generate HR reports with accuracy, including but not limited to 90-day no pay and employee relations tracking.

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, gathering all relevant details and documentation for HR Operations.

• Refer to HR policies and procedures available in HR Intranet and provide answers to questions within policies.

• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS), such as approving termination requests in a timely manner and requesting further details if needed.

• Provide general administrative support to HR Operations, this includes managing correspondence between HR Operations and employees or management.

• Guide employees on who should be contacted for their concerns and advise on work front tickets needed to resolve their issues.

• Utilize systems such as UKG, SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI, Mineral, and Workfront effectively.

• Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, and Compliance. Requirements • Possesses knowledge and experience in ADP - Financial Services.

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary.

• Has previous experience in using Ceridian.

• Experience with HRMS is required.

• Familiarity with About Time software is a plus.

• Capable of conducting Background Checks.

• Skilled in managing Benefit Functions.

• Previous experience in Compensation Administration is necessary.

• Demonstrates strong understanding and adherence to Compliance regulations in HR practices.
