Description We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The primary function of this role is to develop and maintain operational and logistical processes, support both field and headquarters operations teams, and foster strong customer and vendor relationships. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational and logistical processes related to chassis operations.

• Support field and HQ operations teams by assessing operating parameters, identifying challenges and opportunities, and recommending operational responses.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on the analysis.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Assist with data gathering, ensuring data integrity, and providing analysis and reporting.

• Monitor and maintain compliance data and reporting related to regulatory inspections.

• Conduct audits of various vendors, including facility, M& R, transportation, chassis manufacturers, and part suppliers.

• Manage and collect customer-specific information to help implement Container/Chassis marriage activities.

• Monitor data integrity related to on-hire and off-hire transactions.

• Develop, gather, record, and analyze chassis supply and demand forecast data for each chassis depot/supply point.

• Evaluate and recommend action plans to address inventory issues and implement these plans as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CRM systems

• Familiarity with Data Processing techniques and tools

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Auditing skills

• Knowledge of Check Processing

• Excellent Communication skills

• Understanding of Compliance regulations and standards
