Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist in seattle, Washington
Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist available to start immediately. Located in Seattle, WA, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a temp to hire position. This department offers prospects of career growth and advancement. The Accounts Payable Specialist will match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.
Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities
Provide customer service to internal business partners
Provide support during internal and external audits
Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily
Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
Operate full-cycle A/P
Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
Great attention to detail
