Description
Robert Half is searching for an Application Analyst that has in-depth Imanage application/configuration support. This Application Analyst will support a well-known law firm with the monitoring and maintenance of (Imanage). This position is a temporary contract (6 months) that is 100% Remote. Apply Now!
Job Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day support, managing end user and service desk issues related to imanage (Document Management System/DMS).
Troubleshoot application issues for end users by providing Tier 2 support. Initiate timely corrective action where possible and escalate to Tier 3 support when necessary.
Administer the environment through user account management, file/directory management, and scheduled job management.
Use a central repository to manage information related to assigned application, ServiceNow.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with users, vendors and peers and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Application Support and monitoring Imanage (1+ YEARS) and/or similar DMS tools.
Experienced in providing Tier 2 escalated support and troubleshooting.
Skilled in utilizing/monitoring Microsoft Office 365 and Knowledge Base Articles.
Proficient in monitoring tasks through an ITSM ticketing system.
