Description
Robert Half has a new REMOTE Litigation Attorney role in Seattle, Washington with a local Seattle firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting cases involving asbestos and other defense litigation type cases. Qualified candidates will need to have an active Washington bar license and a minimum of three years of experience in litigation (plaintiff or defense).
The salary range for this position is 120k - 160k DOE. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision, disability insurance; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with safe harbor contribution, and flexible PTO + paid sick leave + 11 paid holidays per calendar year.
Requirements
Qualifications
Possession of a valid license to practice law in Washington State
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation (plaintiff or defense)
Experience in research and discovery
Deposition experience
Experience in drafting motions
