Description
Robert Half is searching for an AV Analyst to support a large law firm in converting AV resources into their new servicing system. This position is 2 months with the potential to extend and is 100% Remote.
Job Details:
Schedule: Core business hours, 35 to 40 hours (State rules for law firms vary from state to state)
Duration: 2 months with potential to extend
Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $25-30/HR
Job Duties:
Convert resources from the current system into the upcoming cloud-based Services system.
Play a pivotal role in the launch of a new cloud-based reservation system.
Handle data entry tasks and coordinate the transition of resources.
Manage a large quantity of meetings in the existing system.
Oversee the clean-up and conversion of pre-existing, current, and future meetings by transitioning associated resources into services.
Collaborate with stakeholders or use assigned administrative access to the system as required.
Watch over the continued operation of the system to assure an ongoing clean-up process.
Act as the principal coordinator for conference room bookings.
Identify the resources necessary for end users, including, but not limited to, conference preparation, catering services, equipment demands, and technical support.
Convert resources from an 'on-premises' system to the new, cloud-based services application.
Requirements
Exceptional data entry skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and people skills.
Proficiency with Webex, instant messaging, and coordinated systems.
Superior computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
