Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist based in Seattle, Washington. The main job function involves managing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
Responsibilities:
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly
• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Utilizing accounting software systems to manage tasks efficiently
• Leveraging knowledge of billing functions and collection processes to ensure smooth operations
• Using Microsoft Office Suites, especially Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues effectively
• Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to customer credit accounts.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with IBM AS/400
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Billing Functions
• Knowledge of Claim Administration
• Familiarity with Collection Processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills
